GOT QUESTIONS?

Well, we’ve got answers! Check out answers to some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive from potential clients!

Do you have beginner classes? I’ve never done this before.

Girl, YES! We all have to start somewhere! Our 4 week Newbie Pole Intensive is where you’ll want to begin. Check our schedule for more information on days and times offered!

is there a weight limit to do pole classes?

Absolutely NOT! Whether you’re a curvy diva, a slim shawty, or somewhere in between, you can definitely do this! No matter your shape or size, you are welcomed here!

how big are your classes?

Pole classes are usually limited to 4 or 5 people, and dance and flexibility classes are usually limited between 6-8 people. We offer small class sizes so you can feel super comfortable while finding your own fierce, feminine, movement.

I don’t want to do a 4 week series. Can i just do a single class?

If you’re serious about getting started, our 4 Week Newbie Pole Intensive is the only way to get started at our studio. If you don’t want to commit to that just yet, we recommend booking a private lesson to see if this is right for you. If you’re looking for a fun, one-time experience where your girlfriends can join you, we recommend that you book a private party.

What should I wear to a pole class?

  • Do not wear jewelry such as rings and watches during class, as they can scratch the finish of the poles.

  • Do not wear oils and lotions prior to attending class. These will prevent you from gripping properly. Moisturize the morning of to prevent being dry/ashy during class.

  • We recommend wearing fitted shorts to class that will allow your legs to grip the pole.

if i’ve taken pole classes at another studio, what should i sign up for?
